Description of the Project As a Security Specialist and Division Security Officer with an Active Top Secret Clearance, I have experience in applying a wide range of physical, personnel, information, and industrial security for the operation and management of training's security program. I have monitored compliance with contract provisions for guards and fire alarm systems, and scheduled, conducted, and monitored training programs to make personnel aware of security matters and concerns. I have provided comprehensive security training and briefing for DEA's Basic Agent Trainees, Basic Intelligence Research, new employees, staff, and management. I have also conducted security training for DEA personnel regarding their responsibilities for the control and protection of classified information. Furthermore, I have developed instructions and procedures relative to risk management, threat assessment, disaster recovery, emergency planning protocols, and security officer post orders. I have implemented and overseen policies and procedures for the control and protection of classified information authorized for dissemination to representatives of foreign governments.
